Terms and conditions

I confirm that Egton Medical Information Systems Ltd (EMIS, which includes any holding company or other subsidiary of that holding company) can use any and all statement(s) and photograph(s) I submit to EMIS (Material) for the purposes set out below.

I give EMIS permission to use the Material throughout the world for any of its commercial or non-commercial purposes in all and any media (printed or electronic), including, without limitation, publications, presentations, promotional materials, regulatory and financial materials, in the advertising of the Company's goods or services or on the Company's website (Specified Purposes), in its original format or edited or altered in any way the Company deems appropriate.

I do not object to EMIS storing copies of the Material for the Specified Purposes or to it storing my contact details on its database in case it needs to contact me about the Material.

I confirm that I wrote the statement(s) and/or took the photograph(s) myself or, if someone else wrote the statement or took the photograph(s), that I have the permission of that person to allow EMIS to use the Material for the Specified Purposes.

I agree that if I want EMIS to delete or change the Material, I will email marketing@e-mis.com and request this, but I understand that it may not be possible for EMIS to comply with all such requests and EMIS will not be liable for failure to comply.

I agree that I have not submitted and will not submit any Material that is unlawful or unsuitable including but not limited to Material that is obscene or derogatory of any person.
